Delightful Reverie

I have a lot of thoughts, and most times, I communicate those out loud. Recently, I have been flooded with ideas and dreams, and I feel if I do not write them down, I will lose them. Granted, they are not all brilliant, but I need to get them off my chest.

I was recently reading a book called Strengths Finder 2.0.  It highlighted one of my strengths to be communication. It suggested that I start to take up activities that built up this strength, like learning new [big and fancy] words or start writing. I decided a place like this was a good place to do it.

I chose the word reverie because 1) it sounded fancy and 2) I love the idea of being “pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts.” A place that is full of wandering and wondering, safety and insecurity. A place so deeply connected to one’s heart and soul.

So here I am, delightfully lost and daydreaming about yesterday, today, and tomorrow. Good news is, I’m already found.
